Welcome to our home Lakeside Landing located on Beautiful Lake Nottely. 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. We overlook the widest part of the lake with amazing mountain views. Our home is impeccably decorated with all the toys you will need to enjoy the lake.

Enjoy our barbecue deck, lakeside firepit, hot tub and double decker dock with double decker pontoon boat! Oh and the views! Lake and Mountain View’s with nothing to block your view but the sunshine off the lake! This lakefront house has it all!

Take out our double decker pontoon boat with 150 hp motor and enjoy all 21 miles of Lake Nottely. Our boat is available the first of April to end of October. (We charge $50.00 a day and do not charge for check in/out day. Quote is separate). We also have a double decker dock for sunning and swimming. Take out our paddle board and kayak and enjoy the lake at your own speed. Come back and enjoy one of two areas to cook burgers, relax by the lake. If that is not enough to do, get in the lake side hot tub which seats 6 - 8.

We also have a wonderful lake side fire pit to enjoy a roaring fire and have those s'mores with friends and family.

We are located 15 minutes from Blue Ridge, 10 minutes from BLAIRSVILLE. 15 minutes from Murphy, NC. We are near world class white water rafting, multiple wineries, John C Folk School, Harrah,s Cherokee Casino, wonderful restaurants and Appalachian Trail. Ask, we are always happy to provide info about the area.

(The boat does require a separate agreement and is not a part of the reservation. It is available from early April to mid October. We charge 50.00 a day usage fee to help us defray our maintenance costs. We also collect a 500.00 refundable security deposit for usage of the boat and collect before check in and refund at check out. The quote for the boat is not included in our quote)
