The home has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, hot tub, Avalon pontoon boat, swim platform dock, fireplace on upper deck, fireplace in great room and a firepit located next to the dock at lake level. This home will meet all of your expectations and will be built to house your family and friends.

The main floor has an open great room with kitchen, wide beams that adjoins the inside dining area that seats 10. We also have seating for 4 at the bar. All flooring on the main level is wood, wide plank. Outside, we have a wide, covered deck with vaulted ceilings that has a fireplace. There is an outdoor TV over the fireplace for watching whatever sports teams are important to you. The deck wraps around to the outdoor deck and the MBR exit. We have a grill and seating on the outer deck. Located on the main floor is the MBR with a full adjoining bath and walk in tile shower. The main floor also has another king bedroom with an adjoining bath that also serves as the hall bath. Located on the main floor is a full laundry room.

Located on the lower level is another kitchen area with sink and an additional refrigerator. There are four bedrooms on the lower level. One is a king bedrooms and 2 are queen. We also have a bunk room which sleeps 6. The 4 bedrooms share two baths located on the lower level.

Each bedroom has its own TV. (Exception bunk room) There is also a TV on the lower level family room and in the great room on the main level. We have seating for more on the lower level for coming in off the lake. There is a hot tub on the lower level deck and outside we have a ping pong table.

New for 2022 we have a Sylvan tritoon boat with a 150hp motor and tow bar for tubing. Our boat is available the first of April to end of October. The boat is not included in our rental cost and is an additional charge that will be arranged outside of the reservation between guest and High Times Marina. The cost is 100.00 per day and we do not charge for check in or check out date. Boat must be reserved for entire reservation period if option to use is chosen. Boat will be at house dock upon arrival.

We also have a dock with a 8 foot wide swim platform, a covered roof over the boat. Located near the shore is an additional fire pit and chairs for 8 so that you can have a wonderful fire, roast hot dogs and just enjoy the lake. . We also have included 2 kayaks and 1 paddle board.

The kitchen has every pot, every pan and every appliance you need to cook large family gatherings. We also have an abundance of TV s and a SONOS system for your listening pleasure. This house will be the lake home you have always wanted.

If you do want to bring your pets they may be considered. Inquire please. There is a separate charge and a pet agreement.
