Our 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home located in a very quiet cove on Lake Nottely is sure to please.

New for 2022 we have a Sylvan tritoon boat with a 150hp motor and tow bar for tubing. Our boat is available the first of April to end of October. The boat is not included in our rental cost and is an additional charge that will be arranged outside of the reservation between guest and High Times Marina. The cost is 100.00 per day and we do not charge for check in or check out date. Boat must be reserved for entire reservation period if option to use is chosen. Boat will be at house dock upon arrival.

Our home has a fire pit lakeside and a hot tub on our deck.

The home is warm and cozy with broad, covered porches. Sit out on our beautiful porch and look over our gently sloping yard to the dock. The kitchen overlooks the lake and the porches.

We offer:

1. Main floor king bedroom with adjacent bath with walk in shower. There are a set of double doors to walk out and enjoy the porch.

2. Two bedrooms upstairs. Both have kings and share a hall bath

3. Lower level bunk room with two sets of triple bunks, TV and use of lower level full bath.

4. Private king bedroom over the garage with covered walkway to main house. Has full bath, sitting area with stone fireplace.

We have a main level living area and lower level sitting area. Multiple TV’s in every bedroom but bunk room.

Why we chose this home:
Beautiful wooded lot in a quiet, deep water cove with almost no boat traffic. It is completely serene. The home has windows that overlook the lake from the kitchen, eating area and main floor and upstairs kings. The porches are wonderful and provide that family gathering space.

One of the unique features of our home is the large, detached king bedroom above the garage with a massive fireplace and adjoining bath. It is connected to the home through a covered breezeway and adjoins our porches. Perfect privacy for the parents and grandparents!

We have rented our homes on Lake Nottely since 2004 and purchased our first property on the lake in 1996. It is a quiet lake with 70% national forest. We are 100 miles from Atlanta, 20 minutes from Blue Ridge and 10 minutes from Blairsville or Murphy. NC. We have a full time staff that supports our maintenance and housekeeping needs to make your time away enjoyable. We hope you will consider staying with us.
